Landing
The Landing has doors to the North leading to the bathroom and separate W.C., West into bedrooms one and two and South into bedroom three. A further door to the West leads to an airing cupboard and a trapdoor in the ceiling gives access to the loft. Stairs lead down into the ground floor.

Bedroom One
The large master bedroom (3.96m x 3.07m) features a very spacious built-in wardrobe and a double panelled radiator, as well as a large South-facing window, meaning it benefits from natural light all day long.

Bedroom Two
A large bedroom (3.99m x 3.91m) not unlike room one above, also benefits from a very spacious built-in wardrobe and a single panelled radiator and a large window overseeing the rear garden below.

Bedroom Three
A smaller bedroom (2.51m x 2.06m) than the other two, it also benefits from a double panelled radiator and a large South-facing window.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a coloured suite comprising of enclosed panel bath with electric shower, as well as a hand basin. A double panelled radiator is fitted in the bathroom. The toilet can be found in the separate W.C.

Loft
The spacious loft houses the cold water tank and is partly boarded, providing extensive storage space.
