Front Garden
A small garden stands in the front of the house. This garden runs the full width of the house (and is some 4m deep) is mainly laid to lawn, except for the paved path leading to the front door.

Entrance Hall
The hall leads East into the living room, North into the kitchen and up to the first floor landing. There is a double panelled radiator and storage space under the stairs.

Living Room
The Living Room (4.62m x 4.11m) features a double panelled radiator, electric fireplace, power, cable and phone points. It has a large South-facing window making it a very inviting room.

Kitchen
The truly larger than average kitchen (5.94m x 3.28m) is fitted with modern white units and laminated work tops and includes electrical oven/cooker and fridge/freezer. It includes a large double panelled radiator. A door in the North wall leads to the back of the house.

Rear Garden
A large garden can be found at the back. This garden is mainly laid to lawn, except for the pedestrian access path and a paved area ideal for barbecues etc. At the very end of the garden a garage can be found, which can be accessed from the close at the rear.
